Dr Riaz Mitha BDS, PG Diploma (Restorative/Cosmetic Dentistry)
Principal dentist

Hi my name is Riaz, I am the principal dentist at Dental Design Studio. I qualified from the University of Manchester in 2003 and have previously worked in Bolton town centre for the past five years. I have  a passion for cosmetic dentistry and achieving clinical excellence in all aspects of my work. I believe knowledge is the key to success hence  I am highly commited to continuing education.

I have completed a two year diploma in Advanced Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry at the University of Central Lancashire and hope to gain my masters degree soon. I like to keep up to date with all the latest developments in my field by attending courses and lectures whenever i can ensuring i deliver the best to my patients. I have worked alongside some of the worlds finest dentists including Dr Larry Rosenthal whose client list includes Catherine Zeta Jones, Donald Trump and Matt Damon to name a few.

I have an interest in invisible orthodontics namely the Invisalign system. For those of you who would like straighter teeth without traditional metal brackets this may be a great alternative. My practice philosophy is based on 'minimal intervention aesthetics'  where the aim is to conserve as much tooth tissue as possible whether its a simple filling or a smile makeover with veneers.

When i am not at work or attending lectures i enjoy watching football (come on you reds!)  and going to the gym. I also have a passion for photography.

Senior Dental Nurse

Jill is a highly experienced dental nurse of more than fifteen years in the dental sector. She has worked the last eight years in a fully private practice providing unrivalled care and service to patients. Her caring personality and good sense of humour is affirmed by her popularity with patients. Her hobbies include being a housewife and looking after her beautiful daughter Sophie.

Patricia Rooney
Receptionist

Patricia or 'Trish' as everyone likes to call her is the receptionist here at the dental design studio. She has vast experience in the business sector and is a keen traveller. If you ring us you will most likely be greeted by Trish.
